Bitchy service employees on top of long wait, and small portion sizes. They only filled my drink up like half way & when I politely asked a woman named Kathy to add a little more she rudely respond, "Well you shouldn't have ordered no ice ". Ridiculous.
Good food but very slow people not doing their job.
I love Hardees food.. But unfortunately if I owned this Hardees, I would have to fire the whole staff and hire some better workers and put them through some training where the customers matter.. It is very bad when you are the only customer and it takes 45 minutes to get a hamburger... Sad...
Can I give Half a Star?
After 15 minutes I realized that non of the people who were in there before us had their food, either. Then someone brought some food back in from the drive through that was wrong. The dude behind the counter put that food BACK on the rack for someone else. After someone had opened it in their car to inspect it. DANG! He tried to give us that food, but we had seen what he had done, and called him out. Needless to say, they screwed everyone's order that was in the place. We were so tired and ready to go, that we waited, and did get our food. But we will NEVER go back.
On Sunday,days one cook people walking out at lunchtime during week l people leaving most. Time no tea or. Coffee out on counter new employees on register a working other position,s too. Wish it could be better. W
We stopped on our way back from Waverly. It was 3pm. There were several people sitting in there. We pondered walking out, but didn't. We ordered our food after someone had to drag the cashier out of the office where she was goofing with the manager.(I presume manager)
